John Bonham was born and grew up in Redditch, Worcestershire,
England. He played in local bands starting in 1964 and
became a charter member of Led Zeppelin in 1968. Bonham
continued working with Led Zeppelin until his untimely death in
1980. His legacy continues to influence rock drummers of
all styles. |
