Bay area drums stolen from Les Edwins, ‘devastated’ after losing $10,000 worth of equipment in van theft. A popular Bay Area musician who has performed at Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco for 15 years said his van, drums and other musical equipment were stolen last week from his Antioch home, affecting his ability to make a living. Les Edwins said his white van containing about $10,000 worth of musical equipment and other personal items was stolen from his driveway just before 3:30 a.m. Thursday, July 27th. Stolen items included his drum set, the seat throne, stands, a kick pedal, a computer, speakers, microphones, cables, a mixer and a generator, he said. Read the article…
